On November 20th, the athletics events of the 15th National Games concluded at the Guangdong Olympic Sports Center. In the men's 4x100-meter relay final, the Guangdong team, composed of Su Bingtian, Liu Hongxi, Shi Junhao, and Chen Guanfeng, finished in fourth place with a time of 38.71 seconds. After the race, Su Bingtian took a final lap of honor around the track to the cheers of nearly 50,000 spectators, symbolically removing his racing shoes to officially announce his retirement. The legend of sprinter Su in the 100-meter race has thus come to a perfect end.

Although Su's final performance did not secure a medal for Guangdong, he was in high spirits after the race. "I'm very happy tonight! I've finally brought my athletic career to a perfect close. These 18 years have left so many wonderful stories; this is my youth. I believe everything was worth it, and I can say I have no regrets about my career," Su said.

Grateful for the people who helped him along the way, Su Bingtian thanked every mentor who played a part in his growth. "We always aimed to break the 10-second barrier, a feat considered difficult for Asian athletes, but we achieved it step by step. We proved we could make it, and we can stand on the Olympic 100-meter final track," Su stated. "I believe persistence leads to success. Only those who constantly strive forward can make their dreams come true."

While bidding farewell to his career, Su emphasized that he will not leave the sport he loves. He looks forward to contributing to athletics in a different role, focusing on nurturing more young sprinters for China and helping them build and achieve their dreams. "I hope that China's sprinting continues to soar on the international stage as it is passed down from generation to generation," Su expressed.

挂靴！“苏神”圆满谢幕

11月20日，十五运会田径项目在广东奥体中心上演收官战，在男子4×100米接力决赛中，由苏炳添、刘洪熙、施君豪和陈冠锋组成的广东队以38秒71的成绩，夺得第四名。赛后，在全场近5万名现场观众的欢呼声中，苏炳添绕场一周完成谢场，并脱掉战靴正式宣告“挂靴”。“苏神”的百米传奇，就此完美谢幕。

尽管“最后一舞”未能帮助广东田径夺得一块奖牌，但苏炳添赛后心情极佳，“今晚很开心！终于圆满结束自己的职业生涯，18年的时光留下了太多美好的故事，这就是我的青春，我认为所有的一切都是值得的，可以说我的职业生涯没有任何遗憾。”

懂得感恩的苏炳添感谢了成长过程中每一位恩师的知遇之恩，“我们一直希望打破10秒壁垒，这被认为是亚洲人难以突破的成绩，但我们一步步地做到了，我们可以突破10秒，可以站在奥运会的（男子百米）决赛赛道上。我相信，只要坚持就肯定能成功，只有自强不息的人，才能梦想成真。”

苏炳添表示，虽然是告别，但他不会离开热爱的田径，他期待未来在田径的另外一个赛道，为国家培养更多热爱短跑的年轻人，帮助他们创造梦想、完成梦想，“希望中国短跑在一代代的传承中，继续在国际赛场飞扬。”
