The 2025 Guangzhou International Light Festival officially kicked off on the evening of November 16. At the lighting ceremony, elements from China’s 15th National Games opening ceremony such as the giant Aoyu fish lantern, banana leaves, and kapok flowers, made a “glamorous return,” becoming recurring features of this year’s festival. In addition, Canton Tower, the East Tower (CTF Finance Center), and the West Tower (Guangzhou International Finance Center) jointly staged a coordinated light show, outlining the dynamic contours of Guangzhou’s skyline.

2025年广州国际灯光节于11月16日晚正式启动。亮灯仪式上，大鳌鱼、芭蕉叶、木棉花等十五运会开幕式元素“华丽返场”，成为今年灯光节的”常驻嘉宾”。此外，广州塔、东塔（周大福金融中心）、西塔（国际金融中心）联动上演灯光秀，勾勒城市天际线的动感轮廓。
