The second phase of the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) kicked off on October 23rd in Guangzhou. Covering a total exhibition area of 515,000 square meters with nearly 25,000 booths, this phase focuses on the theme of "Quality Home Life", creating a one-stop home furnishing procurement platform that integrates innovative design with green and low-carbon concepts.

Since its establishment in 2008, Guangdong Huaxing Ceramics has participated in the Canton Fair for 30 sessions in total, making it an "old friend" of the fair. Ms. Chen, a staff member from Guangdong Huaxing Ceramics introduced that their company has achieved intelligent and green production, with over 50% of its energy coming from renewable sources. It has also built a "photovoltaic microgrid" and adopted ceramic waste recycling and wastewater recycling treatment devices. In addition, the company has introduced a fully automated ceramic production line, enabling the digitalization and greening of its ceramic tableware manufacturing process.

Waleed Kadhim Sarhan, an overseas buyer from Iran, expressed high satisfaction with both the quality and pricing of the numerous products he identified while visiting the fair. He noted that the Canton Fair brought together different suppliers, making it more convenient for him to find and compare products. He also felt the friendliness of the Chinese people, hoping the fair's duration could be extended so that he would have more time to learn about each product of interest and arrange shipments back to his home country.

Catalina Castravet, another overseas buyer from the United Kingdom, remarked that her impression of Chinese home furnishings is "full of freshness." In her country, large furniture pieces such as sofas typically have monotonous colors and uniform designs. However, at the Canton Fair, she saw a rich variety of color combinations, more diverse designs, and fabrics that felt exceptionally comfortable to the touch. She also highlighted the affordability of Chinese home furnishings, adding that through the Canton Fair, they can easily connect with multiple suppliers, communicate, and learn from them, which is extremely valuable for them.

绿色智造引领家居潮流

第138届中国进出口商品交易会（以下简称“广交会”）第二期23日在广州开幕。本期展览总面积达51.5万平方米，设近2.5万个展位，聚焦“品质家居”主题，打造融合创新设计与绿色低碳理念的一站式家居采购平台。

自2008年成立以来，广东华星陶瓷已累计参加30届广交会，是展会的“老朋友”。华星陶瓷工作人员陈女士介绍说：“公司还实现了智能和绿色生产，绿色能源使用超50%，建立了‘光伏微电网’，并使用了废瓷回收和废水回收处理装置。同时公司引进了全自动陶瓷生产线，实现了陶瓷餐具制造过程的数字化和绿色化。”

来自伊朗的外商Waleed Kadhim Sarhan表示：“逛展过程中，我物色了很多产品，对产品的质量和价格都感到非常满意。广交会将不同的商家集中在一起，让我更方便地找到所需产品，并可以进行对比，也感受到了中国人的友好。”他希望，广交会展期能够延长，这样就有更多时间逐一了解感兴趣的产品，并安排寄回伊朗。

来自英国的外商Catalina Castravet则表示，她对中国家装的印象是“充满新鲜感”。在她的国家，像沙发这样的大家具颜色通常比较单调，款式也较为统一。而在中国广交会上，她看到中国家居色彩搭配也很丰富，款式更多样化，织物材质摸起来也非常舒适。“中国的家装价格更加实惠。通过广交会，可以非常方便地与多个商家建立联系，进行交流和学习，这对我们来说非常有价值”。
