The 2025 Global Investment Promotion Conference for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) will take place as scheduled on November 3rd in Guangzhou, extending a warm invitation to the world: "Come to China, come to Guangdong, come to the GBA." Centered around 20 strategic industrial clusters and five future industrial clusters in Guangdong, the conference will feature a dedicated roundtable for unicorn enterprises for the first time. It will also host a series of industrial chain investment promotion sessions in cutting-edge fields such as commercial space, low-altitude economy, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

Since 2022, the governments of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao have jointly hosted three consecutive editions of the Global Investment Promotion Conference, turning it into a true "gold-lettered signboard" for investment promotion. Over the past three years, the conferences have collectively secured 3,645 signed projects with a total investment and trade volume of 7 trillion yuan, including 92 projects with investment exceeding 10 billion yuan each, yielding fruitful outcomes.

As of September 2025, the overall commencement rate of the projects secured during the three conferences has reached 88.1% and 37.6% of the total committed investment has been completed. A series of globally influential landmark industrial projects is advancing smoothly. The launch and construction of projects by industry giants such as Siemens Healthineers, CNOOC and Shell Petrochemicals Company Limited (CSPC), ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Hexagon, SK Chemicals, and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries have significantly propelled Guangdong's strategic emerging industries such as biopharmaceuticals, green petrochemicals, new-energy vehicles, and new materials toward the high-end of the global value chain.

As China's leading province in both economic strength and openness, Guangdong has so far established over 360,000 foreign-invested enterprises, with actual foreign capital utilization exceeding 600 billion US dollars. "Global enterprises and capital have cast their vote of confidence in Guangdong with real investment, fully demonstrating the province's development resilience as China's foremost province for economy and openness. This also clearly showcases Guangdong's immense appeal as a premier destination for multinational investment and reaffirms the sustained global confidence in both Guangdong and the GBA," stated Zhang Jinsong, Director General of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province.

2025粤港澳大湾区全球招商大会将于11月3日在广州举行

11月3日，2025粤港澳大湾区全球招商大会将如约而至，面向全球发出“到中国来，到广东来，到粤港澳大湾区来”的热情邀约。大会围绕广东20个战略性产业集群和5个未来产业集群，首设独角兽企业专场圆桌会，配套举办商业航天、低空经济、人工智能与机器人等前沿领域产业链招商推介会。

自2022年起，粤港澳三地政府携手，连续成功举办三届全球招商大会，将其打造成为名副其实的招商“金字招牌”。三届大会累计签约项目达3645个，达成投资贸易金额高达7万亿元人民币，其中，超百亿元项目92个，成果丰硕。

截至今年9月，三届招商大会投资项目的整体开工率已达88.1%，投资进度完成37.6%。一批具有全球影响力的标志性产业项目顺利推进：西门子医疗、中海壳牌、采埃孚、海克斯康、SK化学、三菱重工等行业巨头项目的落地与建设，有力助推了广东在生物医药、绿色石化、新能源汽车、新材料等战略性新兴产业向全球价值链高端跃升。

作为中国第一经济大省和开放大省，截至目前，广东累计设立外商投资企业已超过36万家，实际使用外资规模突破6000亿美元。“全球企业、全球资本用真金白银对广东投下信任票，充分彰显了广东作为中国第一经济大省、开放大省的发展韧性，充分展示了广东作为跨国投资首选目的地的巨大吸引力，充分表明全球资本持续看好广东、看好粤港澳大湾区。”广东省商务厅厅长张劲松表示。
