"The Chinese robots are so cool!" said Maya, a Moroccan student from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, who visited the dedicated Service Robots Zone at the 138th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair). At the invitation of the "I See China" project by the Yangcheng Evening News for international communication, Maya took on the role of "Canton Fair Discovery Officer" to explore the world of smart technologies.

At the booth of Shenzhen-based Yuanhua Robotics, Perception and AI Technologies Ltd., Maya was captivated by a robotic surgicalsystem on display. The company's KUNWU® surgical robot can perform joint replacement and spinal trauma surgeries with higher precision and smaller incisions than traditional procedures.

The company representative told her that more than 100 hospitals in China are already using the robot. "This is so useful," Maya said. "I really hope more countries and more people can benefit from such amazing technology."

At the booth of iFLYTEK, an AI translator left Maya in awe. "I used to think translators were just mobile apps that were often affected by various conditions," she said. "But this AI translator works so fast and accurately—it's incredibly practical!"

After visiting the Service Robots Zone of the Canton Fair, Maya was reluctant to leave. "Only after coming here did I realize that robots are already widely used in many fields," she said. "But I still have a wish. I hope China can soon develop robots that can help with housework. I'd definitely buy one and take it home!"

iSeeChina｜摩洛哥留学生逛广交会，被中国机器人折服，想买一台带回家！

“中国的机器人太酷炫了！”第138届广交会正在火热进行中，应羊城晚报国际传播项目“ISeeChina”之邀，广东外语外贸大学摩洛哥留学生玛雅（Maya）担任“广交探‘蜜’官”，走进广交会服务机器人专区。

参展商元化智能科技（深圳）有限公司在现场展出的手术机器人产品，吸引了玛雅的目光。这台锟铻骨科机器人能完成关节置换、脊柱创伤手术，切割更精准，创伤比传统手术更小。

公司负责人向玛雅介绍，国内已经有一百多家医院在使用该手术机器人。玛雅表示：“这太实用了，我希望能有更多的国家、更多的人能用上这么好的机器人。”

在科大讯飞的展位，人工智能加持的翻译器让玛雅直呼神奇：“我本来以为的翻译器是手机里的翻译软件，使用起来受到很多客观因素影响。但今天这台人工智能翻译器，速度快、翻译准确，非常实用。”

逛完了广交会机器人专区后，玛雅流连忘返。她表示：“我来了这里才意识到，原来在很多领域，机器人已经得到了大规模应用。不过我还有一个期待，希望中国能尽快研究出能帮我做家务的机器人，那我肯定会买一台带回家！”
