On October 5th, reporters learned from the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province that, according to preliminary estimates, on the fifth day of the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holiday (October 5th, 2025), Guangdong's 4A-level and above scenic spots received 2.63 million visitor visits.During this holiday, Guangdong's performing arts market mounted a novel "barrier-breaking" experiment.

Intangibleheritage puppet shows initiate deep dialogue between Lingnan and Xinjiang.From October 1st to 3rd, the Guangdong Province Puppet Art Theater staged its original large-scale ethnic-style puppet show "The Miraculous Journey," featuring three consecutive performances. The show tells the story of a youth, Tianhao, on an adventure in Xinjiang, ingeniously blending the passionate and exuberant song and dance of Xinjiang with the delicate and nimble puppet techniques of Lingnan.

Masters and newcomers take turns performing Cantonese Opera across urban and rural areas. The Guangzhou Red Bean Cantonese Opera Troupetook several famous operas, including "A Sword of Loyalty," "The Sassy Princess and Her Blunt Husband," and "The Love Story of Fan Li and Xi Shi" to Huazhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other locales for classical repertoire performances. From October 7th to 8th, a National Day special series of Cantonese opera performances presented by the Guangzhou Cantonese Opera Troupe, is scheduled to appear on the Bai'etan Grand Stage, free for all citizens.

Lingnan charm flows amid landscapes.The Guangdong Music & Folk Art Troupewove traditional Lingnan music and folk art into scenic tourism sites: the gentle strains of "Rain Lashing on the Plantain" merge with the pavilions and waters of Baomo Garden, while the melody of "My Motherland and I" resonates atop Baiyun Mountain.

Poetic life also endures in the urban center.The Guangzhou Opera House, in collaboration with the century-old German piano brand Blüthner, launched a special series titled "Admire the Moon—Voices for National Day·Operas for Mid-Autumn Festival" by the artificial lakeside. The floating stage, creative markets, and the sparkling nightscape of Zhujiang New Town harmonize with one another when moonlight and melody interweave to compose a Mid-Autumn tableau.

广东长假演艺市场观察：破次元跨界融合，打造文旅新体验

10月5日，记者从广东省文化和旅游厅获悉，据初步测算，今年国庆中秋长假第五天（2025年10月5日），广东4A级及以上景区接待游客262.8万人次。这个国庆中秋假期，广东演艺市场迎来一场别开生面的“破壁”实验。

非遗木偶奇妙旅，岭南新疆深对话。10月1日至3日，广东省木偶艺术剧院推出原创大型民族风情木偶剧《神奇之旅》，连演三场。该剧讲述少年天浩的新疆冒险，巧妙地将热情奔放的新疆歌舞与细腻灵动的岭南木偶技艺相结合。

粤韵声声入城乡，名家新秀戏连台。广州红豆粤剧团携《一把存忠剑》《刁蛮公主戆驸马》《范蠡献西施》等多部脍炙人口的大戏，赴化州、东莞、深圳等地展开经典剧目展演。10月7日至8日，广州粤剧团打造的“粤苑芳华”国庆专场将登陆白鹅潭大舞台，免费向全体市民开放。

岭南韵致在山水间流淌。广东音乐曲艺团将岭南传统音乐曲艺融进景区，《雨打芭蕉》的婉约融入宝墨园的亭台水榭，《我和我的祖国》的旋律回荡在白云山巅。

都市中心同样诗意盎然。广州大剧院携手德国百年钢琴品牌博兰斯勒，在人工小湖畔特别推出“叹叹月——声动国庆・剧汇中秋”系列活动。水上舞台、创意市集与珠江新城的璀璨夜景交相辉映，月光与乐声共织中秋画卷。
