The 5th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture and Arts Festival will take place from September 16th to October 16th across 11 cities in the GBA. The festival will feature over 100 curated performances, 18 art exhibitions, 150 free or low-priced public performances, and art lectures and talks.

The performance section will include 35 productions with a total of 104 shows. Among them are 10 international productions such as Russia's "Eugene Onegin" and Greece's "La Traviata," 17 productions from the Chinese mainland, HKSAR and Macao SAR including "The Yellow Storm," dance drama "Confucius," and other works with regional characteristics, as well as 8 productions from Guangdong province such as the Cantonese opera "Samsui Women" and the dance drama "Wing Chun." The opening performance on September 16th will be a thematic symphony concert conducted by Huang Yi, featuring original works from Guangdong.


The series of art lectures and talks will focus on key industry topics, including four major events such as "Arts and Urban Life" and "Innovation in Traditional Opera," as well as pre-performance talks and supporting programs. The "Art·Eco Symbiosis" section will feature 18 exhibitions, with the flagship exhibition "Contemporary Art from the Greater Bay Area" opening on September 1st at the Guangdong Museum of Art, showcasing 98 works by 37 artists from the three regions.
To benefit the public, each production will offer no fewer than 50 free tickets and 10% discounted tickets (with some offering over 50%, with prices as low as 30 yuan). Nearly 150 public-benefit performances will be staged in public spaces. Ticket holders will also enjoy discounts for special exhibitions at the Guangdong Museum of Art and the Guangdong Museum.
In addition, the 16th China (Guangzhou) International Performing Arts Fair will be held from September 25th to 28th, bringing together nearly 300 institutions from 20 countries. With six major exhibition zones, the fair will facilitate cooperation on projects such as "Wong Fei-hung," promoting the two-way exchange of performing arts resources between China and the rest of the world.

第五届粤港澳大湾区文化艺术节定于9月16日-10月16日在大湾区11城举行,将呈现超100场精品演出、18场艺术展览、150场公益演出及系列艺术讲堂。
展演板块含35个剧目共104场演出,其中国际剧目10个(如俄罗斯《叶甫盖尼·奥涅金》、希腊《茶花女》)、国内及港澳剧目17个(如《四世同堂》《孔子》及港澳特色剧目)、省内剧目8个(如粤剧《红头巾》、舞剧《咏春》),涵盖多艺术门类。9月16日开幕演出为主题交响音乐会,由黄屹执棒演绎广东原创作品。
系列艺术讲堂聚焦行业热点,包括《艺术生态与城市发展》《当代戏曲发展的“守”与“破”》等4场重点活动及演前谈等配套内容。“艺境共生”板块有18场展览,主展览“粤港澳大湾区当代艺术展”9月1日起在广东美术馆举办,展陈三地37位艺术家的98件作品。
惠民方面,每剧提供不少于50张免费票及10%低价票(部分超50%,最低30元),近150场公益演出将走进公共区域。持演出票可享广东美术馆、省博物馆特展门票优惠。
此外,第16届中国(广州)国际演艺交易会于9月25日-28日举办,邀20国近300家机构,设六大展区,推动《黄飞鸿》等项目合作,助力中外演艺资源双向流通。
