A bowl of refreshing bitter gourds and pork rib soup instantly beat the summer heat, delighting all ages. The cultivation and culinary use of Duruan bitter gourddate back to the Ming Dynasty. 暑假伊始,上巷村便迎来一拨拨亲子研学团。打卡凉瓜大棚、凉瓜博览馆、富民工坊后,家长孩子们涌进新开张的富民汤馆,一碗消暑的凉瓜排骨汤下肚,暑气全消,老少尽欢。杜阮凉瓜种植食用史可溯至明代。其个大肉厚、爽脆无渣、微苦回甘,是食客心头好。
