The large-scalefolk dance drama Odes to Heroes will stage stunning performances at Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center from July 31 to August 3, offering four shows of a spectacular showcase where intangible cultural heritage meets contemporary stage aesthetics. Rooted in the traditional folk art of "Yingge", the production seamlessly integrates mallets techniques, Teochew puppetry, and wood carving while preserving its core cultural elements and spiritual essence.
