On July 30th, an EHang's VT20 series logistics UAV successfully completed the first ultra-long intercity air route in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The drone, loaded with seafood, took off from the Port of Tangjia in Zhuhai and landed precisely at the EHang Future City Shuigang Terminal in Guangzhou for approximately 55 minutes after crossing three cities, including Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Guangzhou, covering a distance of 82.9 kilometers. It efficiently completed the round-trip transportation of medical test samples, significantly reducing intercity transit time. This flight marks the first long-range intercity flight of a composite-wing eVTOL cargo aircraft in the GBA.

According to Zhu Qizheng, General Manager of Wanyi Tianxia (Zhuhai) Aviation Co., Ltd., the route enables rapid transfers between Guangzhou and Zhuhai, reducing transport time by 60% compared to traditional ground transport. Looking ahead, the route is planned to expand to the transportation of emergency medical supplies such as plasma and organs. It has already been put into practice in public service scenarios such as disinfection and pest control to ensure the safety of long-distance flights.

It is reported that drones are currently being tested for large-scale disinfection and pest control tasks in the prevention and control of chikungunya fever. In the future, efforts will be made to explore the establishment of a "GBA Postal Route" to achieve efficient two-way transportation of goods, covering the delivery of daily necessities, emergency supplies and medical materials to cities, tourist attractions and islands, as well as transporting island specialties to the GBA. This initiative aims to establish an inclusive and efficient modern logistics service system connecting urban and rural areas.

55分钟跨城82.9公里！大湾区首条超长无人机物流航线开通

7月30日，一架亿航智能VT20物流无人机成功完成大湾区首条超长跨城航线飞行。该无人机装载海鲜从珠海唐家港起飞，历时约55分钟、跨越珠海、中山、广州三市82.9公里后，精准降落广州亿航未来城穗港码头，并高效完成了医疗检测样本的往返运输任务，大幅缩短跨城流转时间。此次飞行是物流复合翼eVTOL航空器在大湾区的首次长航程城际飞行。

万翼天下（珠海）航空有限公司总经理朱启政介绍，该航线实现了广州至珠海间的快速转运，比传统陆运节省了60%的时间。未来，航线计划扩展到血浆、器官等紧急医疗物资的运输，并已在公共服务场景如消杀中进行实践，确保长距离飞行的安全性。

据悉，当前无人机已尝试在基孔肯雅热防控中执行大面积消杀任务，未来将探索打造“湾区邮路”，实现物资双向高效转运，覆盖城市、景区及岛屿的日常用品、应急与医疗物资配送，并将海岛特产运至湾区，打造城乡一体、普惠高效的现代化物流服务体系。
