Lingnan: Beauty Beyond Borders | When tides recede, vast "coastal forests", mangroves, emerge across the mudflats. Their intricate root systems snake through the silt, cradling habitats for countless creatures. As China's mangrove stronghold, Guangdong safeguards 11,400 hectares of these ecosystems rich with 27 mangrove plant species spanning 18 families and 24 genera. Behind this robust "natural heritage" stand Guangdong's forestry surveyors—guardians who monitor mangroves across 39 counties, documenting growth and biodiversity while cherishing these emerald seas like their own children. #SplendidLingnan
当潮水退去，滩涂上便会显现连片的“海上森林”——红树林。其发达的根系在淤泥中盘虬卧龙，托起万千生灵栖息的家园。作为我国红树林面积第一大省，广东拥有1.14万公顷红树林，红树植物种类丰富，达18科24属27种。厚实的“家底”背后，是一群广东林勘人从不缺席的身影，他们深入全省39个县市区的红树林，监测并记录红树林生长、物种资源等情况，将万顷林海视作孩子，悉心呵护。
