On May 24th, as the morning light bathed the north square of Guangzhou Zoo, two buses dressed in playful animal-themed designs made their grand debut. The animal-themed bus line officially launched, transforming Bus Route 6, a route that has carried the childhood memories of three generations, once again into a bridge between urban warmth and ecological civilization.

In 1958, the current site of Guangzhou Zoo opened for the first time. As the first bus route to directly reach the zoo, Route 6 used to carry citizens in terylene shirts with aluminum lunchboxes toward a wonderland filled with roaring animals and children's laughter. Today, that history lives on in a new form inside the bus. QR codes on the s allow passengers to scan and hear the low growl of an African lion or the crisp call of a red-crowned crane. Digital screens onboard loop videos of golden monkeys, gibbonsand giraffes, while stickers of panda and elephant footprints decorate the bus floor.

The most delightful touch is the child's voice announcing iconic landmarks like Guangzhou Zoo during the bus ride. "The next stop is Guangzhou Zoo. Get ready to meet your wild animal friends! Here lives the round and cuddly national treasure, the giant pandas! They spend 12 hours daily munching bamboo and clumsily clambering up trees with agility, and their black-and-white fur will surely melt your heart. These "living fossils" have existed for 8 million years on the earth!" The innocent and cheerful narration never fails to make the entire bus burst into laughter.

广州动物主题公交专线启航：一辆穿梭67载光阴的童年“时光机”

5月24日，广州动物园北门广场上，两辆披着萌趣动物外衣的公交车在晨光中揭开面纱，广州动物主题公交专线正式启航，让这条承载三代人童年轨迹的6路公交线，再次成为连接城市温情与生态文明的纽带。

1958年，广州动物园现址第一次敞开大门。作为首条直通动物园的公交线，6路车曾载着穿的确良衬衫、拎铝制饭盒的市民，驶向这个充满动物嘶鸣与孩童欢笑的奇妙世界。而今的车厢内，历史以另一种形式得以延续：车窗上贴有动物叫声二维码，扫码即可听见非洲狮低吼、丹顶鹤清啼；电子屏幕上滚动播放着金丝猴、长臂猿、长颈鹿等动物的影像；车厢地面上则贴有大熊猫、大象的可爱足迹。

最令人莞尔的还是交车途经广州动物园等标志性地点时的童声报站。“下一站，动物园，欢迎去找野生动物朋友哦，这里住着圆滚滚的国宝大熊猫，每天啃12小时竹子，憨态爬树超灵活，黑白配色超治愈，还是地球上存活800万年的‘活化石’！”充满稚气的解说总能让整车乘客忍俊不禁。
