City Life | The CaiQing (Plucking the Greens) ceremony is a traditional ritual in Guangdong before the DragonBoatFestival. On May 18, despite heavy afternoon rain known as "Dragon Boat rain," crowds gathered along Liede Chong (Creek) in Liede Village. Residents of all ages, undeterred by the downpour, joined in the festivities, marking the lively start of the #dragonboat season.
