Lingnan: Beauty Beyond Borders | On March 31st, the third day of the third lunar month, Guangzhou’s Shawan Ancient Town in Panyu District resounded with thunderous drumbeats and fluttering silk banners as the annual Shawan Piaose #Parade, a living tableau of intangible cultural heritage, unfolded amidst roaring crowds. This time-honored pageantry showcased 21 elaborate Piaose floats, where performers perched atop sinuous dragon floats, their flowing silken robes rippling like celestial tides in the breeze.

3月31日农历三月初三，广州市番禺区沙湾古镇锣鼓喧天、彩旗招展，一年一度的沙湾飘色巡游活动在万众期待中拉开帷幕。这场非遗盛会，集结21板飘色。小演员立于龙首之上，衣袂随风轻扬，再现华夏先民对风调雨顺的祈愿。
