On March 13th, a high-tech "hybrid" operation unfolded over Shenzhen's Bihai Industrial Zone. A dual-arm live-line work robot extended its arm precisely, remove the leads of two idle fuse cutout on 10kV lines in just 40 minutes under the guidance of ground technicians. This marks the first live-line operation in Shenzhen's power distribution network conducted by a robot, a milestone achievement by the Shenzhen Bao'an Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid. It marks that Shenzhen conducts a new robot-operated live-line working model driven by big data .
Live-line operations have long been plagued by the "three highs"—high altitude, high voltage, and high difficulty. Traditional methods require two workers to operate at six meters above the ground, carrying 30kg of insulated gear and executing millimeter-precision tasks, placing immense physical and mental requirements on them. The live-line work robot eliminates workers' risks, freeing them from hazardous environments. With automation and high precision, it boosts efficiency by 40% per task.
Integrating simulation modeling, visual recognition, and motion control, this advanced robot excels in live-line disconnections, dual bridge bypass, and even tree trimming. Ground technicians monitor and control its operations in real time via high-definition 5G video feeds. Its visual system completes 3D modeling and path planning for power lines in just two minutes, identifying operating points with millimeter accuracy. The dual-arm design enables "bionic dexterity," autonomously executing complex maneuvers with a motion trajectory error margin of just 0.5mm.

3月13日,深圳碧海工业区上空,一场“天地联动”的科技作业展开。一台搭载双机械臂的带电作业机器人,精准伸展“手臂”,在地面技术人员配合下,仅40分钟就完成两处10千伏线路闲置熔断器引线的带电拆除,这是南方电网深圳宝安供电局完成的全市首单配网机器人带电作业,标志深圳配网带电作业进入“大数据驱动、机器代人”新阶段。
配网带电作业一直面临“高空、高压、高难度”难题。传统作业需两名人员背负30公斤绝缘装备在6米高空,以毫米级精度协同操作,对作业人员精神和体力要求极高。而配网带电作业机器人可将人身风险降为零,让作业人员摆脱高危环境,且凭借自动化与精准度,单次作业效率能提升40%。
这款机器人融合仿真建模、视觉识别及运动控制三大核心技术,能高效完成带电拆火接火、旁路双回路搭接、修剪树枝等工作。地面技术人员借助5G回传的高清画面监控并实时操控。其视觉系统2分钟就能完成导线三维建模与路径规划,精准识别作业点,精度达毫米级。双臂协同设计让机器人如同拥有“仿生巧手”,可自主完成复杂动作,运动轨迹误差控制在0.5毫米内。
