The U.S. government is trying so hard to ban TikTok, so U.S. TikTok refugees are flocking to Xiaohongshu, a Chinese social media APP.

Xiaohongshu is now the shelter for TikTok refugees from the U.S.

美国最高法院宣布将就禁止TikTok在美国运营的法案再次进行讨论，在法案1月19日生效前对该问题作出裁决。如果讨论后依然没有变化，TikTok将在美国停止运营，这使得众多美国年轻人开始寻找TikTok的“平替”。小红书就此闯入他们的视野。1月13日，小红书甚至跃居美区应用商店下载榜首。涌入小红书的美国用户也戏称自己为“TikTok难民”。
