On January 8th, with just 20 days left until the Spring Festival, it was the busiest time of the year for flower farmers. In Duna Village, a well-known tangerine-growing village in Guangzhou with over 40 years of history in tangerine cultivation, bright yellow fruits hung from the branches. The farmers were busy moving between the tangerine trees, and the village was filled with signs of a harvest. Jiang Yubing, the Party Secretary of Duna Village, stated, "This year is the best market year we've ever had!"

In recent days, trucks transporting tangerines have been continuously arriving at Fuchang Street in Duna Village. This year, the 200-mu planting base has produced over 120,000 pots of tangerines. Jiang Yubing told the reporter that 98% of the tangerines had already been pre-ordered. The remaining 2%, which hasn't been reserved, is set aside for local residents who come to the planting base to select tangerines. "Every year, many citizens drive over to buy them, so we've reserved some tangerines to ensure they don't come for nothing," he said.

Thanks to favorable weather, good management, and advanced techniques, this year's tangerines in Duna Village are particularly full and vibrant, with their growth receiving high praise from farmers. One farmer, who has planted six mu of tangerines, shared that due to the improvement in quality, the price of tangerines per pot has increased by about 20% compared to last year. "Last year, a pot of tangerines cost around 60 yuan, but this year the price has risen to 70-80 yuan," he said.

In recent years, the tangerine industry in Duna Village has become an important source of income for the villagers and a key driver of rural revitalization. Today, the reputation of the "Home of Tangerines" has spread far and wide, with the tangerines in high demand both across China and even overseas. Jiang Yubing explained that this year, about one-third of Duna Village's tangerines were sold outside of Guangdong Province, marking a year-on-year increase of approximately 30% in sales.

This year, Duna Village has integrated the resources of local tangerine growers and guided farmers to invest in shares, leading to the establishment of the Guangzhou Panyu Duna Agricultural Products Sales Farmers' Professional Cooperative. "The establishment of the farmers' professional cooperative has completely resolved the 'two difficult problems' faced by tangerine farmers, the difficulty of obtaining quarantine certificates and the difficulty of issuing sales invoices. By operating under the cooperative's name, the tangerines grown by the farmers can smoothly be exported out of Guangdong," said Jiang Yubing.

He further explained that, in addition to addressing the sales challenges faced by tangerine farmers, the cooperative actively invites agricultural experts to teach farmers about the application of soil, water, and fertilizers. Besides, modern technological equipment such as drones for spraying and automatic irrigation systems have been introduced into production. By promoting emerging agricultural technologies, the cooperative has enabled green production and efficient income growth, breathing new life and vitality into Duna Village's tangerine industry.

“历年来行情最好的一年！”广州“年桔之乡”喜迎大丰收

1月8日，离春节还有20天，正是花农一年中最忙碌的时候。在有着40多年的年桔种植历史、广州著名的年桔种植村——都那村，一颗颗黄灿灿的果实挂满枝头，种植户们忙碌地在桔树间穿梭，处处呈现出一派丰收的景象。都那村党总支书记江宇炳表示：“今年是历年来行情最好的一年！”

连日来，到都那村福场大街运输年桔的货车络绎不绝，今年200多亩的种植基地共培育出12万余盆年桔，江宇炳告诉记者，其中98%都已被预订，而剩下的2%没被预订的原因，是要将它们留给那些到种植基地选购的周边市民们，“每年都有很多市民开车过来选购，种植基地留出了一些年桔，尽量不让他们白跑一趟。”

在好天气、强管理、优技术等因素的加持下，今年都那村的年桔整体饱满整齐、颜色鲜艳，长势饱受农户好评。一位种植了6亩年桔的农户介绍，因为品质的提升，今年年桔的单盆价格比去年提升了20%左右，“去年60元左右的年桔，今年价格可以去到70-80元。”

近年来，都那村的年桔产业成了村民增收致富的重要途径，也是助力乡村振兴的有力抓手。如今，“年桔之乡”名气远扬，种植的年桔供不应求，销往全国各地甚至海外。江宇炳介绍，今年都那村的年桔销往广东省外的比例大约有三分之一，该销售比例同比增长了约三成。

今年都那村整合村内年桔种植户资源，引导桔农入股，成立了广州番禺都那农产品销售农民专业合作社。“农民专业合作社的成立，彻底解决了桔农办理检疫证书难和开销售发票难的‘两难’问题，就以农民专业合作社的名义统一办理，种植户的年桔就能够顺利地走出广东。”江宇炳说。

他介绍，农民专业合作社除了解决桔农销售年桔难题，还积极邀请农业专家为桔农传授土水肥运用知识。同时，引进无人机喷洒、自动喷灌等现代科技设备用于生产，推广新兴农业技术，实现绿色生产、高效增收，让都那村的年桔产业焕发出新的生机与活力。
