On December 27th, the "Cantonese Cuisine Master" event for the Chao'nan district was held at Wen Guang Tower Park in Chaoyang District, Shantou. The event featured several key areas, including an exhibition showcasing the achievements of Shantou's Master Skill Studios, a collaboration between Shantou's star "Cantonese Cuisine Masters" and Chaoyang's local specialty food industry, as well as the "E-Net Boosting Agriculture" rural e-commerce demonstration station. The event highlighted the talents of Shantou's skilled professionals. Citizens had the opportunity to watch the "Cantonese Cuisine Masters" preparing dishes up close, gain insights into employment and entrepreneurship policies, and participate in tasting and interactive sessions with local specialty products.
The chefs, including Chen Weisong, were seen dressed in neat chef uniforms, showcasing their culinary skills to the public. Using local ingredients such as Jinzao olives, Xilu ginger potatoes, and smoked duck, they employed various cooking techniques like frying, stir-frying, stewing, and deep-frying to prepare a series of classic Chaoshan dishes that were visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious, receiving unanimous praise from the citizens.
The provincial and city-level Master Skill Studio leaders, including Zheng Chuangkun, Chen Weisong, and Lin Zhuangqiu, also presented innovative dishes, showcasing the results of their mentorship and skills transfer. Meanwhile, the "E-Net Boosting Agriculture" rural e-commerce demonstration station, represented by the Shunjie Agricultural Machinery Planting and Breeding Cooperative in Heping Town, Chaoyang District, is guiding more Chaoshan cuisine businesses and specialty food enterprises to develop e-commerce business models, helping them expand their online operations.

汕头“粤菜师傅”与“和美乡村”双向奔赴
12月27日,汕头市“粤菜师傅”潮南专场活动在潮阳区文光塔公园举行。活动现场设置汕头市技能大师工作室成效展、汕头市星级“粤菜师傅”名厨联动潮阳特色食材产业、“E网兴农”农村电商示范站点等区域,集中展示了汕头技能人才的风采。市民既可以近距离观摩“粤菜师傅”制作美食,也能获取就业创业政策解读指导,还能参与特色产品试吃互动。
只见“粤菜师傅”名厨陈伟松等身着整洁厨师服,现场向市民展示厨艺技能,利用金灶橄榄、西胪姜薯、熏水鸭等本土食材,通过煎、炒、烹、炸多种技法,烹饪出一道道色香味俱全的经典潮菜,得到市民群众的一致好评。
省、市技能大师工作室领创人郑创坤、陈伟松、林壮秋还带来脆皮菊花盒等创新菜品,展现带徒传技等成效。“E 网兴农”农村电商示范站点,以潮阳区和平镇顺杰农机种养专业合作社为代表,引导更多潮菜企业和特色食材企业发展电商经营模式,拓展线上运营渠道。
