As December begins, with less than two months to go until the Spring Festival, advance ticket sales have quietly commenced. Currently, the volume of Spring Festival travel ticket reservations is low. Based on past experience, reservation volumes will increase daily, making December an ideal time to book flights. By December 30th, some routes may experience ticket shortages, and after January 13th, 2025, when tickets for the eve of the Chinese New Year go on sale, flight prices will significantly rise. If travelers have confirmed their travel plans, they should consider purchasing tickets as early as possible.

Data from the Qunar.com platform shows that, in terms of routes, flights departing from major cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen still command high prices. Flights on popular tourist routes such as Beijing-Sanya and Shanghai-Xishuangbanna remain at full price in economy class, with very low chances of price reduction. Routes to cities like Chongqing, Harbin, and Guiyang, which cater to both tourists and those returning home, offer tickets at 10%-30% discounts. Flights on main routes between cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu, which are usually dominated by business travelers, have dropped to below 50% of their usual price during the Spring Festival travel season.

Tickets departing from new first-tier and second-tier cities are relatively cheaper. For example, flights on routes from cities like Qingdao, Wuhan, and Xi'an have dropped to 40-60% of their usual price. Conversely, "returning" flights on these routes have dropped to about 20% of their usual price.

International flight reservations have also begun. The Qunar.com Index shows that the most popular overseas regions are Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur. In terms of growth rate, cities like Athens in Greece, Berlin and Frankfurt in Germany, Hanoi in Vietnam, Vientiane in Laos, and Sydney in Australia have seen a more than 100% increase in popularity compared to the previous week. In terms of price, tickets to popular destinations are relatively expensive. On the eve of the Chinese New Year, a one-way ticket from Beijing to Tokyo has exceeded 3,000 yuan, nearly five times the price during the off-season. If departing before December 22nd, the ticket price is half, around 1,500 yuan.

For the upcoming New Year's Day holiday, since the 2025 New Year's Day holiday is only one day long, many travelers choose to take additional leave to travel. On travel platforms, domestic and international travel during the New Year's Day holiday has seen a significant increase compared to the same period last year.

Data from the Umetrip.com platform shows that from December 28th to January 5th, 2025, the number of domestic flight reservations exceeded 2.21 million, a year-on-year increase of about 14%; the number of inbound and outbound flight reservations exceeded 1.36 million, a year-on-year increase of about 58%.

It is worth noting that since the implementation of the one-sided visa-free policy for South Korea on November 8th, the number of flights from South Korea to the Chinese mainland has increased by about 14% year-on-year; the number of passengers from South Korea to the Chinese mainland has increased by about 40% year-on-year. Shanghai, Qingdao, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Hangzhou are the most favored destination cities for South Korean travelers.

春节假期旅游航线预订已开启

进入12月，距离春节还有不到两个月，机票的预售已悄然开始。目前，春运机票预订量较低。根据往年经验，预订量将逐日增加，12月内是预订机票的好时机，12月30日部分航线将出现余票紧张的情况，2025年1月13日后除夕火车票将开售，机票价格将明显上涨。如果旅客确认出行计划，可尽早购买机票。

去哪儿平台大数据显示，从航线来看，北京、上海、广州、深圳等大城市出发的航班票价仍然较高，北京-三亚、上海-西双版纳等旅游航线，经济舱仍维持在全价，此类航线降价概率极低；飞往重庆、哈尔滨、贵阳等兼具旅游和返乡旅客的航线，有7-9折的机票在售；北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都等干线航线的航班较多，平日以公商务旅客为主，在春运期间机票价格已降至5折以下。

从新一线、二线城市出发的机票价格相对较低，例如青岛、武汉、西安等城市出发，返乡航线的机票价格也降至4-6折之间。与这些航线相对的“返程”航线，则降至2折左右。

国际机票的预订也已经开始。去哪儿指数显示，热度较高的境外城市为曼谷、东京、大阪、首尔、新加坡、吉隆坡等，从增速来看，希腊雅典、德国柏林、法兰克福、越南河内、老挝万象、澳大利亚悉尼等城市的热度环比上周增长1倍以上。从价格来看，热门目的地的机票价格较高，除夕当日，北京-东京单程机票已超过3000元，较淡季涨了近5倍。如果在12月22日前出发，机票价格则低了一半，在1500元左右。

而对于将要到来的元旦假期，由于2025年元旦假期休1天，很多旅客选择拼假出行。在出行平台上，元旦假期的国内外出行相较去年同期有较大的增长。

航旅纵横大数据显示，12月28日到2025年1月5日的国内航线机票预订量超221万张，同比去年增长约14%；12月28日到2025年1月5日的出入境航线机票预订量超136万张，同比去年增长约58%。

值得注意的是，自11月8日，我国对韩国单方面免签政策实施以来，韩国飞往内地的航班量同比增长约14%；韩国飞往内地的旅客量同比增长约40%。上海、青岛、北京、广州、杭州是韩国旅客最青睐的目的地城市。
