On June 24th, the "Exhibition of Selected Guangdong Folk Art Pieces" was successfully held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Featuring over 100 exquisite art pieces from the Cantonese, Hakka, and Chaoshan ethnic groups, the exhibition offered local audiences a unique cultural feast through displays, performances, and interactive experiences.

The exhibition was organized into three sections based on the Cantonese, Hakka, and Chaoshan cultures: "Cantonese: Born by the Sea," "Hakka: Between Mountains and Seas," and "Chaoshan: Sailing with the Tide." It showcased a wide array of Lingnan art forms through various mediums including artifacts, videos, literature, and cultural creations. Highlights included Guangzhou-painted porcelain, embroidery, Foshan New Year paintings, Yangjiang lacquerware, Guangde ceramics, Hakka clay sculptures, Longmen farmers' paintings, hand-pulled Zhu clay pots, Teochew Gongfu tea, Fengxi openwork ceramics, and ceramic micro-carvings.

In addition to static displays, the exhibition featured an interactivearea where attendees could engage in activities like porcelain painting, embroidery, printmaking, pottery, and tea brewing. These hands-on activities were popular among the Indonesian participants.

The event also included live performances by traditional musicians and acrobats, whose beautiful melodies and thrilling acts captivated the audience, earning rounds of applause.

This exhibition is part of the "Charming China (Guangdong) — Asia Culture Tour" initiative, aimed at enhancing Indonesian people's understanding of Guangdong, fostering cultural and tourism exchanges, and promoting cultural interactions between China and Asian countries.

“粤韵潮生·广东民间艺术精品展”在印尼举办

6月24日，“粤韵潮生·广东民间艺术精品展”在印度尼西亚雅加达成功举办。来自广府、客家、潮汕三大民系的百余件艺术精品，通过展示、展演和互动交流体验等形式集中呈现，为当地民众带来了一场别开生面的岭南文化盛宴。

据悉，本次展览以广府、客家、潮汕三大民系为逻辑起点，设置“广府·向海而生”“客家·山海之间”“潮汕·迎潮起航”三大展陈篇章，结合实物、影像、文献、文创等多种载体，立体展示了广彩、广绣、佛山年画、阳江漆器、光德陶瓷、客家泥塑、龙门农民画、手拉朱泥壶、潮州工夫茶、枫溪通花瓷、陶瓷微书等百余件岭南艺术精品。

除静态展示外，展览现场还设置了互动体验区。绘瓷、刺绣、拓印、拉壶、泡茶，新奇有趣的动手体验受到了到场参加活动的印尼民众的热烈欢迎。

活动还特地邀请了民乐和杂技艺术家，进行了现场表演。优美动听的旋律和惊险刺激的杂技动作，给印尼民众带来了全方位的立体感受，获得连连喝彩。

本次活动是“2024魅力中国（广东）——文化亚洲行”组成部分之一，旨在增进印尼人民对广东的全面了解，进一步提升广东与印尼的文旅交流合作热度，推动中国与亚洲国家文明交流互鉴。
