From January to May of 2023, Shenzhen's imports and exports with countries along the Belt and Road Initiative reached 340.81 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.3%, which was 1.3 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate of imports and exports with countries and regions involved, ranking third among cities in the country.

Among the exported goods, Shenzhen's "smart manufacturing " electromechanical products are highly favored by consumers along the Belt and Road Initiative. To be more specific, in the first five months, electromechanical products of 162.19 billion yuan were exported with an increase of 25.1%, accounting for 75.3% of the total national export value to the same area during the same period. Also, the export of products such as lithium batteries, electric vehicles, and solar cells has grown rapidly, exceeding 50%.

From April to May of 2023, Shenzhen's export value of electric vehicles reached 1.92 billion yuan, an increase of over five times. According to official data released by Chinese automotive company BYD, the export volume of BYD new energy vehicles exceeded 60,000 units from January to May of 2023, with an almost 11-fold increase compared to the same period last year.

With the international economic recovery and the development of the energy industry, there is a surge in demand for solar panels, offering business opportunities for the competitive solar cell industry. In April and May of 2023, Shenzhen's solar cell exports reached 430 million yuan, a growth of 7.4%. Only in the first two months of this year, the export of solar panels through Shenzhen Airport reached 4.9085 million pieces, a year-on-year increase of 542 times.

Shenzhen has a complete power battery industry chain and is at the top level in the subdivision fields of materials and manufacturing technology. The Advanced Battery Material Cluster has been successfully selected as one of the "45 national advanced manufacturing industry clusters". From April to May of 2023, Shenzhen's exports of lithium batteries reached 10.67 billion yuan, an increase of 14.4%. At the beginning of the same year, Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy, whose main product is outdoor power supply, exported about 100,000 boxes of lithium batteries, a year-on-year increase of 172%, becoming a hot export product.

On April 17th, Shenzhen Customs launched a pilot program for the inspection and verification of the packaging for the export of lithium batteries (dangerous goods), aiming to improve the efficiency of lithium battery exports. In total, 31 export lithium battery companies with well-established quality management systems have been included in the pilot program. Also, 1,542 batches of 537,000 units of lithium batteries have been released through the new inspection and release mode, with a year-on-year increase of 23%. The overall clearance time has been reduced by over 50%.

深圳“智造”机电产品热销海外

今年前5个月，深圳市对“一带一路”沿线国家进出口3408.1亿元，同比增长14.3%，高于同期全国自沿线国家进出口增幅1.3个百分点，居全国城市第三位。

其中，深圳“智造”的机电产品颇受沿线国家青睐，前5个月深圳市对沿线国家出口机电产品1621.9亿元，增长25.1%，占同期对沿线国家出口总值的75.3%。锂电池、电动载人汽车和太阳能电池等产品对沿线国家出口快速增长，出口增长均超5成。

今年4-5月，深圳市电动载人汽车出口19.2亿元，增长5倍（502.5%）。中国汽车企业比亚迪官方发布数据显示，今年1-5月，比亚迪新能源汽车出口量达6万余辆，同比增长近11倍。

随着国际经济复苏和能源产业发展，国际市场对太阳能电池片需求激增，具有较强竞争力的太阳能电池产业迎来商机。今年4月-5月，深圳出口太阳能电池4.3亿元，增长7.4%。

仅今年前两月，深圳机场口岸出口太阳能电池片达490.85万片，同比增长542倍。

今年4-5月，深圳出口锂离子蓄电池出口106.7亿元，增长14.4%。深圳拥有完整的动力电池产业链，在动力电池材料、制造技术等细分领域处于领先水平，先进电池材料集群成功入选“45个国家先进制造业集群”。今年初，主要产品为户外电源的深圳华宝新能源股份有限公司出口锂电池约10万箱，同比大幅增长172%，成出口“爆款”。

今年4月17日，深圳海关对出口锂电池危险货物的包装使用鉴定试点“检查验证+合格保证”，提高锂电池出口效率。31家质量管理制度完善的出口锂电池企业先后被纳入试点，累计通过新查检模式验放出口锂电池1542批次，53.7万件，同比增长23%，产品整体通关时间缩短超50%。
