The second phase of the 133rd China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) officially kicked off on April 23. The exhibition focuses on daily consumer goods, gifts, and home decoration products, with a total of 18 exhibition areas.
The toy exhibitors from Chenghai, Shantou made their appearance, and the maternity, infant, and children's exhibition area debuted. The cute ceramic Bing Dwen Dwen attracted purchasers from all over the world.
Resumptionof offline events after three years
Shantou Chenghai District is known as the "Capital of Chinese Toys", because 70% of the world's toys are made here. This year's Canton Fair marks the resumption of offline events after three years of the pandemic, providing toy foreign trade enterprises with newopportunities to go global.
Huinuo Toys, a companybasedin Chenghai, not only invited former European customers in advance but also launched a series of products such as LED minimalist desk lamps, romantic projection lamps, cartoon pressure cars, and pocket game consoles, withallproductsexhibitedbeingnewproducts.
It is worth mentioning that the second phase of Canton Fair newly set up the maternity, infant, and children's exhibition area, exhibiting nearly a thousand types of products such as baby carriages, baby clothing and accessories, and baby and children's furniture.
Guangzhou Light Holdings Limited applied for a booth in the newly set-up region. In addition to traditional baby products such as brushes and shower gels, thecompany also launched an intelligent milk warmer designed for novice parents and high-end milk bottles targeting Latin American and Southeast Asian markets. Over 50%-60% of products brought by the company are newly launched.
Despite being the first day of the event, the conference table at the booth was already crowded with people. Several foreign buyers brought tablets and manuals, discussing prices, order quantities, and adjustment requirements with the sales staff or asking them to showcase products such as strollers, walking cars, and cribs
"Shenzhen Guangrui has participated in the Canton Fair for nearly 20 years and exhibits its products in 12 booths this time. Many old customers and new customers from the Middle East and South America came because of our reputation," said the general manager of Shenzhen Guangrui. The company is very excited to attend the offline Canton Fair and has set a sales target of 60-80 million dollars.
Innovated traditional craft goes global
In Hall 9, a row of delicate and brightly colored ceramic Bing Dwen Dwen and Shuey Rhon Rhon attracted many buyers to take pictures.
Shunmei Group from Dehua County, Quanzhou, "The World Capital of Ceramics", is the only authorized manufacturer of ceramic Bing Dwen Dwen and Shuey Rhon Rhon. Its general manager, Zheng Pengfei, said that every product is handmade and made by the Dehua porcelain firing technique that has been passed down for thousands of years. The production requires dozens of processes such as mold making, pouring, washing, firing, coloring, painting, and decal.
In addition to traditional white porcelain, the booth's negotiation area also displayed new ceramic decorations with different shapes, colors, and hand-kneading techniques. Jasy from the UK participated in the Canton Fair for the first time and fell in love with the ceramic decorations for Christmas, planning to place an order with her partner.
Exhibitors specializing in materials such as wisteria, bamboo weaving, and glass have used technological innovations to revitalize traditional products infused with cultural elements, gaining new orders and renewed vitality.
广交会二期接力开张,陶瓷版“冰墩墩”惊艳亮相!
第133届中国进出口商品交易会(以下简称“广交会”)第二期于4月23日正式拉开帷幕。本期展览题材以日用消费品、礼品、家居装饰品为主,共设18个展区。
其中,汕头澄海玩具组团登场、孕婴童展区首次亮相、陶瓷版“冰墩墩”憨态可掬,吸引来自世界各地的采购商前来“扫货”。
重回线下蓄势待发
广东汕头澄海区被誉为“中国玩具之都”,承包了全球70%的玩具制造。本届广交会时隔三年重归线下,正是玩具外贸企业又一次组团出海的机会。
作为澄海大军的一员,慧诺玩具有限公司不仅提前邀约欧洲老主顾,还大力主攻LED简约台灯、浪漫投影灯、卡通压力车、口袋游戏机等一系列产品,上新率高达100%。
值得一提的是,广交会第二期新设孕婴童展区,展出近千种童车、婴儿装及配饰、婴童家具、幼教用品、母婴电器等产品。
广州轻出集团股份有限公司此次新申请了孕婴童展位。在清洁刷、沐浴露等传统婴儿用品基础上,广州轻出还专门为新手爸妈推出智能温奶器,以及偏向于拉美、东南亚市场的高端奶瓶,集团整体上新率在50%-60%以上。
尽管才是开张第一天,展位现场的会议桌已“座无虚席”。多位国外采购商带着平板电脑和手册,或是对接价格、货量和改装要求,或是让业务员展示手推车、学步车、童床等产品。
“深圳广瑞已参加广交会近20年,这次拿下12个摊位,许多来自中东、南美地区的老主顾、新客户慕名而来。”深圳市广瑞贸易发展有限公司总经理介绍道,重回线下广交会十分振奋,并定下了6000万-8000万美元的预期目标。
传统工艺创新出海
在9号展馆,一排排细腻光滑、色彩明丽的陶瓷版“冰墩墩”“雪容融”吸引众多采购商拍照打卡。
据了解,来自“世界陶瓷之都”福建泉州德化县的顺美集团是陶瓷版“冰墩墩”“雪容融”唯一授权生产厂家。其总经理郑鹏飞表示,每一件产品都是纯手工制作,传承了千年的德化瓷烧制技艺,需经过模具制作、注浆、洗坯、烧窑、上色、彩绘、贴花等数十道工序。
除了通透的传统白瓷,展位的洽谈区域还放有不同器形、色彩、手捏工艺的陶瓷装饰新品。来自英国的Jasy是首次参与广交会,她对圣诞系列的陶瓷饰品“一见钟情”,计划和伙伴一起下单。
藤铁、竹编、玻璃等相关参展企业也纷纷突出新工艺,通过技术创新,让蕴含文化因子的传统产品获得新订单、焕发新生机。(更多新闻资讯,请关注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
