4月23日是第28个“世界读书日”。在珠海，推广全民阅读，离不开大小书店的支撑。《世界在书店中》一书的主编亨利·希金斯曾说：“书店永远都在产生新的渴望，永远都在我们心中播种渴望。这种渴望会休眠很长一段时间，然后突然破土发芽。这就是它们的魔力：灵感在我们心中激荡，偶遇唤醒陌生的热望，梦想越来越大，顿悟照亮了心灵”。借此可以说出无数个赞美书店的理由，它们无形地影响着一座城市的文脉流动，藏着一座城市的风骨与气质。
