At the "Understanding China GBA Dialogue" forum held in Guangzhou, Guangdong, John Milligan-Whyte, the Chairman of the America-China Partnership Foundation, shared his view of China's practice of whole-process people's democracy. He said Americans and Europeans do not have monopoly on defining democracy, and 63% of American people don't feel the U.S. government is representing them.
