The 2-day 21st Conferenceon International Exchange of Professionals opened on April 15th at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. The conference, themed as "Promoting Technological Innovation, Seeking Common Development, and Benefiting Global Professionals", features a series of events including an opening ceremony, the Shenzhen Forum, exhibitions, and job fair.

As a key part of the conference, the "Shenzhen Forum – Global Sci-tech Innovation Cities" was held to increase exchanges between technical clusters at home and abroad and to improve the attractiveness of cities to technological innovation elements. A number of officials and representatives of international institutions were invitedto share their ideas, including leaders from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the World Intellectual Property Organization, diplomats in China, the Japan Science and Technology Agency, and the Center for China and Globalization (CCG).

The conference will use nearly 1000 booths across 5 exhibition halls, covering an exhibition area of 63,000 square meters at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It has set up special exhibition areas for government departments and enterprises from about 30 citiesand regions in China. The job fair is set up to attract professionals from home and abroad.

This year's conference set up two major promotion centers for the first time, enabling participants to have online and on-site communication with each other in terms of recruitment, programs, and technology cooperation. Moreover, over 100 overseas organizations from 27 countries and regions conducted in-depth exchanges in the professional exhibition area designated for overseas institutions.

The conference organizers have taken the initiative to reach out to several provinces and cities in China to expand the conference's reach. Prior to the main conference, they held two branch events in Israeli and Hubei Province. The organizers will offer two branch events in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province and Yantai, Shandong Province. Besides, special events will be held in Shenzhen and Guangzhou for international organizations, science diplomats, and overseas experts, so as to increase the international technology cooperation network.

The conference features an umber of on-site job fairs, with 325 well-known enterprises offering over 7,600 positions to high-end professionals from home and abroad. Asfor the online edition, over 10,000 enterprises from 100 key cities and industries will attend it to offer more job opportunities.

人才汇聚，第二十一届中国国际人才交流大会开幕

4月15日，为期2天的第二十一届中国国际人才交流大会在深圳会展中心正式开幕。本届大会以“促科技创新、谋共同发展、惠全球人才”为主题，聚焦高质量发展首要任务，举办开幕式、深圳论坛、展览洽谈、人才招聘等系列活动，打造一场合作共赢的“创新峰会”、一席开放融通的“智力盛宴”。

作为大会的核心板块，本届“深圳论坛·国际科技创新城市峰会”围绕“国际科技创新城市”主题，邀请科技部、广东省领导作主旨演讲，世界知识产权组织、以色列驻广州总领事馆、英国驻华使馆、日本科学技术振兴机构等外方机构，深圳、武汉、香港等创新城市以及中智集团、全球化智库（CCG）等企业的重要领导和嘉宾作主题发言，以互动交流增进中外科技集群城市间友谊，共同提升城市对科技创新要素的吸引力，构建人才“强磁场”，激活城市发展新动能。

据了解，本届大会规划使用深圳会展中心5个展馆近1000个展位，展出面积6.3万平方米，将国内19个省区市、10个副省级城市、新疆生产建设兵团自设展区分为政府区域和企业区域，着重体现区域协调发展、企业引领支撑创新、国际化环境建设等内容，并设置人才招聘台广泛吸引海内外人才应聘。

结合大会海外人才洽谈系统和“张揭榜”活动，本届大会首次设置两大推介中心，通过会前线上接洽、大会现场交流等形式，推动国内外参展机构及个人开展人才、项目、技术交流合作对接，还有来自27个国家和地区的100余家境外专家组织、培训渠道、高等院校、科研院所、科技企业在国（境）外专业机构展区深度交流。

本届大会主动与部分省市接洽，在主会期前举办以色列海外分会场、“海外人才中国行·湖北”专场活动，主会期后在陕西西安、山东烟台举办两个分会场活动，在深圳、广州举办“科技外交官地方行”活动，邀请国际组织、科技外交官、海外专家等深度参与交流，不断扩容国际“朋友圈”，织密科技“合作网”。

大会聚焦“人才优先”“稳就业”，推出外籍人才招聘会、海归人才招聘会、“精英天下”中高级人才招聘会、“智汇全球”招聘会等众多线下专场招聘会，华为、平安、万科、比亚迪等325家知名企业，面向海内外中高端人才提供7600余个职位。同时，“百城万企”线上招聘会则邀请100个重点城市和重点产业中具有代表性的10000多家企业强势入驻，进一步集聚优质境外资源，丰富海内外人才供给。(更多新闻资讯，请关注羊城派 pai.ycwb.com)
