A 21 de Julho, o tigre do Sul da China "Mengmeng" deu à luz uma cria de tigre do Sul da China macho na Base de Criação e Investigação de Tigres do Shaoguan do Sul da China. É o quinto tigre macho da China do Sul nascido desde que a base iniciou o seu trabalho de criação e investigação. A fêmea tigre "Mengmeng" deu outra contribuição para a reprodução e desenvolvimento da população de tigres do Sul da China. No dia 29 de Julho deste ano, o 12º Dia Mundial do Tigre, conhecemos a cria de tigre recém-nascida daChina do Sul, que nasceu há menos de 10 dias, e que estava deitada calmamente na caixa de criação.

7月21日凌晨，韶关华南虎繁育研究基地的华南虎“梦梦”产下一只雄性华南虎幼崽，这也是基地开展繁育研究工作以来诞生的第5只雄性华南虎。雌虎“梦梦”为华南虎种群繁衍发展作出又一贡献。今年7月29日是第12个“全球老虎日”，当天我们在基地育婴房内，见到了刚出生不到10天的新生华南虎幼崽，它正安安静静地趴在育婴箱内，看起来睡得很香甜。
