In the Pearl River Delta and the mountainous areas in the north of Guangdong, there are more than 150,000 natural villages. In terms of the output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, as well as the output of fruits, vegetables and other agricultural products, Guangdong ranks first in China.
