依托东坡盛名,惠州名菜流传至今

Su Dongpo was not only a great writer, but also a famous gourmet. Living in Huizhou for two years and seven months, Su Dongpo left a lot of delicious food and tales of food. Influenced by Su Dongpo, Huizhou cuisine has gained"cultural flavor", and even has become a famous local dish relying on Dongpo's reputation. 苏轼,不仅是一代大文豪,还是享有盛名的美食家。寓居惠州两年零七个月,苏轼留下了很多美食佳句和饮食故事。惠州美食经过东坡之手,平添文化味道,甚至依托东坡盛名,成为地方名菜。可以说,苏东坡是惠州美食“代言人”。
