17岁小将苏翊鸣在北京冬奥会单板滑雪男子坡面障碍技巧赛中为祖国摘得银牌,创造了中国队该项目的历史最好成绩。在资格赛中,他以86.80分的惊人成绩位列首轮第一。加拿大选手马克斯·帕罗特获得决赛金牌,同样来自加拿大的马克·麦克莫里斯获得季军。
17-year-old athlete Yiming Su got a second during Men’s slopestyle final and won a silver medal for his country, marking a major breakthrough in China’s snowboard event history. During the qualifier, the young athlete shocked everyone with a stunning 86.80 record, ranking first among all the athletes. Mark Parrot from Canada got the golden medal for the events while Mark McMorris from Canada got the third.

Slopestyle, also known as snowboard freestyle competition, is an extreme sport. Among the various types of snowboarding competitions, the slopestyle competition has become the most enjoyable event due to the long trails and execution of breathtaking tricks.
Snowboarding is a young event in the big family of Winter Olympics. It only entered the Nagano Winter Olympics in 1998, during which time there were only 4 individual events.
The Olympic snowboarding events for 2022 Winter Olympics are located at the Genting Snow Park, the city of Zhangjiakou, 150 miles away from Beijing.
The course is specially designed in the shape of the Great Wall of China, which helps block the high wind from the athletes during the events.
The top of the course consists of three jib sections where riders show their stylish rail tricks before giving way to three jump sections.
