The 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) kicked off on September 2 at the China National Convention Center in Beijing, the capital of China.

For the first time, the Guangdong culture and tourism special exhibition is organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, showing a brand new image of the development of Guangdong's culture and tourism at the Fair.

With the theme "Vibrant Guangdong, Modern Greater Bay Area", the Guangdong culture and tourism special exhibition brought together some key cultural and tourism enterprises from the province. On display are a total of 328 pieces of animation and game products, 126 pieces of intangible cultural heritage creative products, as well as 68 pieces of promotional video and pictures.

Some leading enterprises in the field of culture and tourismmadetheir appearances at the exhibition. Guangdong Alpha Animation and Culture Co., Ltd., the first listed animation enterprise in China, launched animation IP derivatives of "Super Wings" at the Fair; with nearly 300 intangible heritage masters and more than 3,000 exhibits, Shenzhen Baishiyuan Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. set up three professional exhibition pavilions, namely the "Ceramic Pavilion", the "Sculpture Pavilion" and the "Embroidery Pavilion".

In addition, Guangzhou Dali Animation Co., Ltd. will hold the signing ceremony of the investment agreement of two projects featuring the stone dog culture in Zhanjiang and the turtle fish culture in Guangzhou's Shawan Ancient Town respectively on the "Guangdong Day". This company owns "God Beast King Kong" and "Adventure Island", two cartoon brands beloved by local teenagers.

Guangdong pays special attention to the development of cultural industry. Since the 13th Five-Year Plan, the main indicator of Guangdong's cultural industry has been firmly in the forefront of the country, and the added value of cultural and related industries has ranked first in China for 18 years.
