Starting from August 20, every individual entering Zhuhai Airport terminal must provide valid ID at the entrance before showing their health code and negative nucleic acid test results in the preceding 48 hours.
Zhuhai Airport has set up pandemic check points at all entrances of the terminals. Passengers with China ID card are eligible to go through automated channel with a swipe on the machine.
Other passengers can opt for human inspection with temporary ID card, passport or "permits for commuting between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao". All passengers must have their health code checked, along with negative nucleic acid test results in the preceding 48 hours.
In addition, due to an elevated highway construction project, Zhuhai Airport has restored the entrance of "272 provincial road" to Zhuhai Airport's elevated highway, which will be the only option for vehicles bound for "T1 terminal, P1 parking lot and P2 parking lot" of Zhuhai Airport, since all previous roads have been temporarily blocked.
