The Guangfu family doesn't hold a feast without chicken. In the past, children were always given a chicken leg as a kind of reward during the feast. Guangzhou's famous chef Jiang is good at cooking two dishes, Soy Sauce Chicken and White Cut Chicken. After a complex process, the tasty food is finally served. For chef Jiang, sitting around the table and chatting with his family are the happiest moments of the day.
