Heavy rain to sweep Guangdong in the next few days

After suffering terrible hot weather for the past days, a new cold wave has arrived in northern Guangdong, and will bring heavy rain to the province from April 25th, it's also likely to make the weather cooler. The lowest temperature in Guangzhou is expected to drop to 19-21℃.

According to Guangdong Meteorological Service, there were moderate and heavy rains in northern Guangdong, the Pearl River Delta region, and most areas in western Guangdong on April 25th. Other cities and counties were hit by showers.

On April 26th, moderate and heavy rains will sweep Qingyuan, Pearl River Delta Region and most areas of western Guangdong, while eastern Guangdong will meet scattered rain. The highest temperature in the province will drop to around 24-28℃.

On April 27th, rains will keep sweeping the province in different degrees, accompanied by sudden thundery showers and gales in some areas.
