Currently, the sales of the virus-tainted date products are being tracked at the urban areas and every county in Shanwei. And the related staff members, products and factories are under strict inspection and disinfection.
In addition, one order was placed by someone at Gaopu Town, Jieyang City. The whole family and 4 delivery men were tested immediately and their results were all negative.
However, there’s a little chance of survival for the virus given the fact that the processing of the snack requires a very dry and hot environment. So, don’t worry! The risk of being infected is very low.
The date snacks are stuffed and covered with milk powder. Food production and sales have been suspended since they were tested positive for the virus on Jan 19th. The company has been put under strict management.
